For the fourth time in a row Senica Blue Team organized the International "Enviro-Design" Environmental Art Competition with this year´s topic of "Clean Banks" and related themes of riverbank clean-ups, microplastics and marine/freshwater waste. More than a hundred students below the age of 18 passed their entries and over a dozen received recognition by the professional jury, including the winning work of a "tidy newt" by Juraj Sihelský, a seven-year old pupil from ZUŠ Cerová (Slovakia). The head of the jury, Milan Mikula - a professional art designer from Senica - used the image as a background of the new "Clean Banks" campaign roll-up poster. The poster and its language clones will become the main visuals for our partner schools in their local riverbank clean-up campaigns.
