Clean Banks
It is a good tradition for the blue teams to take care of the
water-bound areas in their vicinity. In Senica the outdoor riverbank
clean-ups started hand in hand with the Toad Taxi initiative back in
2019. With the launch of Micro-Hunters project, the initiative was
linked to existing school clean-ups and thanks to the joint EnviroDesign
Art Competition in 2026 the schools came up with a roll-up poster and a
"newt mascot" which will soon appear also on the planned international
sea scout merit badge for exploring and preserving wetland areas.
